VENUE BOOKINGS PROCESS:
Are you interested in hiring one of our venues? Here are all the details:
BOOKINGS PROCESS:
1) Decide which venue you would like to hire - Take a look at photos, hiring fee, and read information about each venue to find the right fit for you. If you would like to see the venue in person, you can do so on a Wednesday from 10am-12pm (to see Archway) and Sunday from 10am-12pm (to see the Church). Alternatively, there are pictures on our website of each venue.
2) Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions - You will need to do this before filling in the enquiry form below as you will need to agree to the terms and conditions before you can submit your enquiry. You can find this information here.
3) Fill in the enquiry form below - Fill in the relevant initial information we need to tentatively make your booking. The office will contact you to let you know if your chosen dates/times are available and the cost. Once this is agreed, we will prepare a booking agreement with payment instructions.
4) Return the signed form and make payment - Once your payment and cleaning deposit has been paid, and you have agreed to our terms and conditions by sending back the signed agreement, your booking will be secure. We will then be in contact nearer the time of your event with more details.
COST OF HIRE
ARCHWAY - 11 Daffodil Walk (formerly Somerset Rd and Washington Rd), KT1 3JL
Maximum of 50 people
Size: approx 12m x 9m (with an adjoining small room)
Included in your hire:
8 tables
50 chairs
Kitchen (including cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. - you would need to bring your own tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and food)
Costs: (minimum 2.5 hours for one-off events)
Children’s Parties - £18 per hour
Small charities - £22 per hour
Anything else is £24 per hour
2. ST PETER’S CHURCH - London Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 6QL
Maximum of 200 people
Included in your hire:
Tables
Chairs
Kitchen (including cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. - you would need to bring your own tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and food)
Sound (additional £50 for the first hour, and £15 per additional hour if you wish for the verger to stay, payable on the day)
Costs:
£42 per hour for events plus an additional cost for using the sound system.
*** Please note that there is an additional refundable cleaning deposit of £40 up front per venue hired. Also, it is essential that you remember to factor in how long it will take to set up and tidy up and include that time in the number of hours you book the venue for.***
